Zweiunddreißig Enkelkinder wurden in Basel freigesetzt — im öffentlichen Raum installiert und in Zirkulation gesetzt.
THIS DROP
The first City Drop marked the beginning of The Living Line. From November 7 to 10, thirty-two Grandchildren were released into public space — initially in Basel, with half of them later distributed in Bern during a battle. This was a deliberate initial gesture without collaboration, a conscious activation of the generational structure. With this Drop, the line began to unfold through encounter and transmission within the city.
IN THE CITY
Installed across Basel and Bern, the works entered public space through direct placement within the urban fabric. Each location marked a temporary intervention and initiated the first cycle of circulation through encounter.
