Each work is carefully prepared and shipped from the studio in Basel.

Delivery within Switzerland

Delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks.

International Delivery (EU & Worldwide)

International deliveries generally take 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and shipping provider. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Customers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. To initiate a return, please contact studiotimoparis@gmail.com including your order number.

Items must be returned undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work toward an appropriate solution.
