I was invited by Chinati Foundation to lead a workshop as part of the Summer Shake-Up program in Marfa, Texas.
Summer Shake-Up is a four-week educational program developed in collaboration with local organizations and the Marfa Independent School District, offering interdisciplinary activities for children and young students.
Within this context, I developed and facilitated a series of workshops exploring movement through dance, sculpture, video, and play. The sessions approached movement as an embodied form of perception and knowledge, emphasizing learning through physical experience, observation, and interaction.
The outcomes of the workshops were presented publicly as part of Chinati’s annual Summer Shake-Up exhibition.
