1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Studio Timo Paris website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed in writing by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated. Payment is made via the methods provided during checkout. Full payment is due before shipment.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The risk passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Artistic variations or minor color differences do not constitute defects.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Studio Timo Paris until full payment has been received.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
