A lineage of drawings unfolding through the city.
The Living Line is a long-term participatory artwork in which drawings circulate, merge, and evolve through a generational system. What begins as a single line becomes a lineage — carried forward by those who encounter it.
THE LINEAGE
The Living Line unfolds through a generational structure. Each work can evolve through collaboration, forming larger and rarer constellations over time.

CITY DROPS
A City Drop is the core activation format of The Living Line. Approximately once a month, 32 Grandchildren are released into a city — installed in public space and left to circulate freely. Each Drop unfolds through encounter, registration, and potential transformation into higher generations. Occasionally, special editions introduce rare variations that open new paths within the lineage.

Embodied Origin
The drawings originate in movement practice. Each mark is the residue of embodied knowledge — the unity of body, perception, and tool. In a culture dominated by mediated images, The Living Line insists on direct encounter and sustained attention.
